Viral ngayon sa social media ang post ng isang netizen at online seller matapos magkaroon ng maanghang na palitan ng salita sa text sa kanyang dating kaibigan at classmate noon
Ang netizen na ito ay nagngangalang Rofy Laureano Lagundino. Mayroon siyang food shop at nagtratrabaho din siya bilang isang clerk sa supreme court.
Pinost niya ang conversation ng kanyang pakilamerang kaibigan na hindi na niya pinangalanan at nagawa pa ng kaibigan niyang pahiyain at idown siya dahil sa pagiging online seller nito.

A long read but this is a learning experience for me as an online seller. First of all, there is nothing UNDIGNIFIED in being an online seller..Walang masama na may negosyo at magbenta ng kung ano ano ang isang tao. May dangal ang pagbebenta online. Ang masama ay yung may chismosang ipraprank ka just for the sake of fun.
This woman is a classmate of mine. While I can forego the expenses of the ingredients, im still reeling over the fact that I treated this person as my friend. A good one at that, so much so that I did not ask for a downpayment for all her orders and I accepted her orders on a monday.. Lesson learned.
3755 isnt much by my standards. But the efforts and love I have put in in making her orders, its priceless. I've seen better orders from my repeat customers. Mga friends ko na laging naorder jan could testify that in one day, 10 sushi bakes at 799/tray is a minimum. There are other orders I could'nt manage to squeeze in on weekdays. I squeezed her in on a monday coz she's a friend...
I have a regular job, yes, I am still a branch clerk of court po. A high paying job, if I may say.But cooking is a passion for me. I like cooking so much that I made it my business. There is NOTHING WRONG in being an online seller. What is so wrong are people who belittle this kind of work, people who undermine the dignity in earning clean and honest money for a living.This attitude is just plain wrong...What is worst than being wrong are frenemies lurking on your timeline waiting for an update on a person they see as somewhat beneath them.

It is true, my business is catering and milktea and it was greatly affected by the pandemic. But the online platform has created a resurgence in my business on a different level. Digital presence is a new era and I'm into it... Sana ikaw din maging digital..di laging plastic!
